We pour ceremonial-grade matcha sourced directly from three of Japan's most respected tea-growing regions. Each blend is chosen for its character — grassy and aromatic, or roasted and caramelised — so there's a cup for every mood.
Mizugaki Matcha Latte
Single-origin matcha from Shizuoka, Kyoto & Mie — grassy, aromatic, with a balanced, slightly bitter finish.
Hojicha Latte
Shizuoka blend roasted at 180°C — caramelised, nutty and 99% caffeine-free.
Matcha Cloud Hotcakes
